To make this toast extra tasty, I added some sweet chili sauce and it was perfectly combined with kimchi.
It is so easy to make this Avocado Kimchi Toast.
- First toast the slices of bread.

- Meanwhile, the bread is toasting mash the ripe avocado with a fork and add to it, salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder.
- When the bread is toasted spread the mashed avocado equally on each slice of bread and top it with kimchi and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.
This is so addicting that we like to have this toast any time of the day.
What you should know?
- We used rye bread to make the toast but if you are gluten-free. you can use another gluten-free bread. It will taste the same.
- We used homemade vegan kimchi, you can use any kimchi you have on your hands. Store-bought kimchi usually is made with fish, shrimp, or anchovy sauce so if you are plant-based, try to find plant-based kimchi or simply make your own at home.
