Burrata Caprese Salad

Burrata Caprese Salad

This Burrata Caprese Salad is the definition of Summer. The best combination of Datterini tomatoes, creamy burrata cheese, and a flavorful balsamic dressing. It is delicate and made in only 5 minutes.

To make this Burrata Caprese Salad you need fresh tomatoes, burrata cheese, fresh basil leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. We used Datterini tomatoes because we love their rich taste and sweet aroma but you can use any type of your choice.

To make this recipe is so easy. Carefully place the burrata ball in the middle of a salad bowl. Cut the Datterini tomatoes in half and place them along with the basil leaves, around the cheese. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!

We love combining it with toasted bread.

This salad is perfect for lunch, diner, or small gatherings. Once you try this, I promise you will be making this all summer long.
