This salad is so easy to make.
Boil the bulgur wheat for about 10 minutes or according to the package instructions. Chop all the vegetables and add them to a big bowl, along with the bulgur and the lemon dressing. Combine everything together and you are good to go!

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1+1/2 dried bulgur wheat*
- 3 cups of water
- 1 big tomato, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
- 1 yellow red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Boil the bulgur wheat with water and a small pinch of salt, for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile combine all the chopped vegetables and parsley in a big bowl.
- When the bulgur has done cooking, let it cool for 3-4 minutes. Add the bulgur to the vegetable bowl along with the salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Enjoy with extra parsley or toppings of your choice.

- You should check the package instructions for the right amount of water and bulgur when you are cooking it. It depends on type you are using.
